Roti Naik




Roti Naik, hot from the oven and slathered with butter! Pure Heaven.. This is also one of my childhood's favourite food made by our Mum . It'd take hours of hard labour to make but easily finished off within seconds! Mum used to knead and "throw" the dough and kept it under the muslin cloth till the dough doubled its size.. Then she would pinch round balls of the dough and put in the baking "loyang" tray.. usually the round ones. She would then leave them overnite to rise again and baked them in time for breakfast the next morning. We would wake up to freshly baked Roti Naik aroma wafting through the house.. eaten as is, dunked in hot kopi or Opor Daging! Bliss..

Temosa Daging




Mum made and sold Temosa Daging daily to supplement our income. We used to help her in dicing the beef; rolling out the dough and twisting (mengelim) them. Sometimes we would be doing them by the hundreds!!


Not everyone is familiar with temosa and for those who are, love them! Hence our decison to market Mum's temosa here! What is so special about TZM's Temosa Daging? Well.. for one, it is not easily available here in KL. The filling of pure lean beef sandwiched by slices of hard boiled eggs; delicately wrapped in a pastry like dough and twisted (kelim) round the edges.. simply tasty! Great for breakfast, tea or anytime snack..


The Temosa Daging comes in two different packagings - Premium and Luxurious. They are sold frozen and freshly fried. Delivery is free within the Klang Valley with a minimum purchase of 30 pieces Premium and 20 pieces Luxurious.


Premium: A pack of 10 temosa @ RM10-00 (1.5" diameter; 1 slice egg)
Luxurious: A pack of 6 temosa @ RM15-00 (2.3" diameter; 2 slices egg)
